Graphic designer shortage at Intelgrate

Graphics play a very important part in a website as even a simple image can convey a lot to the end user.Here at Intelgrate we are having serious problems getting the thought process on paper/photoshop as we are trying to learn the art of perfect graphics but we cannnot just bank on that.God only knows when we'll be ACE at it.

So you get the picture "We require a really creative mind" who will have the graphics say it all yet already being ACE at what he/she does.He/she should and ought to be able to visualize mentally what a client explains and convert the mere description of words into pictorial themes or in simple words into pictures.Mental visualization should be to the graphic designer like honey is to bees ,carbon dioxide is to plants, oxygen is to mankind.... Bottom line the graphic designer should be really passionate about his work...dont we all have to be that!!
